We offer to our clients tasting workshops for discovering the world of [specialty] coffee.

The workshops are similar to wine-tastings, but instead of a sommelier or an onologist, the workshop is led by a barista who demonstrates the different methods of coffee extraction – Chemex, Aeropress, V60, French press, etc.

The workshop begins with a presentation of coffee, its origins, from its introduction into Europe in the 18th century up to exportation to North America.
